Where do we begin? You’ll be led by world-class coaches who will guide you through every movement, provide alternatives to accommodate any injuries or limitations, and push you in a way that’s challenging, yet doable.
Each day and workout at Heart Fitness is different than the last. We strive to provide the most balanced workout by maximizing variety with our strength movements and cardio intervals in order to keep your body guessing and challenge you day after day.
In addition to the workouts changing, we also rotate our class format every day between Triple Threat, Circuit, Stations, and Tag Team. That way you don't know what to expect when you come into class each day, aside from what muscles are being targeted, which keeps things fun and unpredictable!
Heart Fitness is outfitted with brand new, state-of-the-art equipment from Matrix which improves both your experience and your workout. By monitoring your heart rate throughout the class, we’re able to provide the most efficient workout by guiding you through different zones and levels of intensity during each class, all in under an hour.
Of course not, that’s what we’re here for! Heart Fitness is designed for everyone, no matter your age or fitness level. By tracking your heart rate during the workout, we’re able to progress your training in the safest and most personal way possible – by listening to your heart!
Absolutely! We also understand that exercise is just one of the pillars of health and wellness, and nutrition is just as important. That’s why we take the time to sit down with you 1-on-1 to understand your goals and tailor a plan to best suit your needs and lifestyle.
We also utilize a body composition scanner so we can systematically track your progress each month and make any necessary adjustments to your training or nutrition in order to maximize fat loss and facilitate enhanced muscle gain.
Yes we do! We have two private showers outfitted with complimentary shower supplies along with a hair dryer and ample space to change.
Friends, family, the person you just met at the grocery store – all are welcome here! We know that working out is easier and more fun when you’re doing it alongside a familiar face, so each day during your Free 10 Day Pass you can bring a friend with you for no charge! Members are always allowed to bring friends with them. Just call in ahead of time to check class availability and please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork.

Expect fun, new friends, and a whole lot of sweat! But first, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early and let our front desk staff know that it's your first visit. We'll set you up with an account, if you haven't created one already, and credit you with a Free 10 Day Pass. Finally, we'll loan you a heart rate monitor, get you familiar with the space, and introduce you to your coach. You got this!

Whether you’re looking for 1 class or 20, you want it we got it! Members who have run out of classes for the month are able to purchase each additional class for $15 and our class packages for non-members can be seen on our Membership page.
We always recommend that you consult your doctor prior to starting or continuing a workout regimen when pregnant. Once you get the green light, come on in to take advantage of all of the health benefits exercise brings for you and your little plus one.
